Treatment Ratings

Cortisone Injection, Night splint, Compression Socks
    Not Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Orthotics, Ice, Rest, Supportive Shoes, Stretching

I work in surgery. I am on my feet all day. I work on the Neuro module. A spinal fusion can take 5/6 hours. During this time frame, I don't get a break or lunch. It is pure hell on my feet. I have orthotics in my running shoes. I take a Nsaid. I wear a night splint. I've had cortisone shots. My left heal throbs when i finally get my lunch break. These are all band-aids.
