I have purchased 2 different night splints and 3 different shoe inserts. I have tried rolling my feet on tennis balls in the morning before I get up. Nothing works. It may help for the first hour or two in the morning, but after that it's back to pain with every single step. I have it in both feet. I really can't afford physical therapy, but I'm at a loss and can't take the constant pain anymore anytime I'm on my feet.
