I got my injury running on cement when I did a triathlon last August. I have been treating it myself. I am wearing a boot, icing it once a day and bought Hoka shoes on the advice of my trainer. These shoes are amazing!!! I would say my foot is about 70-80% healed at this point but it's an extremely slow process. Hoping I can heal it enough to do more triathlons this summer. Any additional advice on speeding the healing process up??
