I go until I can’t go anymore. I’m a retired teacher and I substitute and babysit now. I try to walk everyday for 39 minutes minimum and strength train 3 days a week along with two days of Zumba class. I switch out my shoes with my inserts too. I have good days and bad days depending on weather and activities -sometimes hurts more if I don’t stay busy.
