Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Supportive Shoes
    Not Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Cortisone Injection, Night splint, Stretching

What helped me was one day I put on my teenage grandsons Nike slip on shoes. They were so comfortable I bought some. They cost $20 and I wore them. Everyday, all day. Morning to night. And , no more pain. I had the cortisone injection and it lasted 2 weeks and then pain was back. Everything I tried was no help. Whether it was the shoes or not, I don't know , but it doesn't hurt to try them. Pain free for over a year and counting. And I can wear any shoes I want now
