NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Cortisone Injection, Night splint, Stretching, Other, Compression Socks, Ultrasound Therapy

Had not had a flare ip for 7 years until I started working in retail on concrete floors at very fast paced 7 hr days. Waited about 6 months before going back to podiatrist thinking it would go away. Started with 1 cortisone injection since years prior it worked right away. No results so Dr recommended EPAT. There were 6 extremely painful pulse type pounding treatments every week for 6 weeks directly on bottom of heal with NO result. Then they did 2 treatments of laser also with no results. I am still in chronic pain and have decided to try my own treatments of ice, ace bandage wrap, compression socks, still no relief unless I do not walk at all, extremely frustrated!
