I'm sitting in the Dr's office now to ask what I can do next. Don't want shots. Do want to know why the pain moves around. Splints moved the pain to my toes and too much calf stretching made pain worse. Stretching toes is helpful and crocs have been helpful for cushioning support. The fasciitis is developing in the other foot so I feel like I need a management program. Want to try something else.
