Treatment Ratings

    Cortisone Injection, Weight loss, Stretching

The pain slowly creeped up, and I noticed I limped a little, all of a sudden one day it was intense and would not let up. I tried shoe inserts, and ice this did not help. The shoe inserts put blisters on my feet. I went to a foot specialist and received cortisone injections the were awesome for a few days each time, then the pain would creep back in. I have received 4 in a series and it has been a several weeks now. The pain isn't as bad as before but it is still intense and painful.
