I broke my ankle running 2 years ago and made a great come back. Ran a few marathons and no issues for 2 years. Then PF started. Stretched, night boot and 3 cortisone shots. Got worse to the point u was in pain all day. Did therapy and exercises and no improvement. Stopped running for 12 weeks and now only hurts in the morning or after sitting for awhile.
My goal is to get back running as soon as possible but know it will just get worse if I start.
