Have had this for at least since November 2015. Didn't know what it was . Except extreme pain. When getting out of bed could not put my foot on floor. Felt like I had a heavy rock in my heal. Then the rock became broken rocks, then felt like glass. Then after walking it started pulling the tendons from top of toes to bottom of heal. I work on concrete. And 10 HR shifts. Bought 6 pairs shoes in 2 months. No help. Then the swelling started. My ankles my feet, my legs, awful.!!!!!!!!!! But I have now started exercise my foot. And yes it hurts, but it helps. My Dr has put me out of work. I go next week for my first set of steroids shots in my heal.! So time off your feet ( helps) (stretching) helps and I will see how shots work. Let you know. And my new orthotics shoe incerts help some. Not use to them yet.!
