I haven't found anything that is working. Right now I am very diligent about getting up in the mornings and icing, rolling a golf ball, then putting on Outback pain relief roll on essential oil and stretching. I stretch at work throughout the morning and then go home for lunch and do this again. Stretch throughout the afternoon and then go home after work do the ice, golf ball, oil thing again before cooking supper then do the routine again before bed.
