My PF was so bad I could barely walk at all. It had been getting worse over a period of two years. I finally talked to my doctor about it. He told me to take naproxen twice a day for ten days. Before the ten days were up I was completely pain free. I stopped the naproxen as directed on the tenth day. That was almost two years ago. I haven't had a single moment of PF pain since then:)
