It came on after giving birth to my first baby at age off 38... I was wearing hard soled slippers for house shoes on hard floors... On feet walking a crying baby trying to get burps every few hours...

Started with custom made insoles from dr and stretches recommended. Wasn't enough so tried various things but notice most improvement from 3 seasons of acupuncture n doing the massaging in the assigned pressure pts on my feet.. The NT sock splint, dry needling, deep massaging calves n massaging with the stick, rolling feet on tennis balls/ wooden cylinder rolling pin all come in second for helping the most...
