Having a job where I am on my feet most of the day I gradually I started experiencing pain. To the point where it was hurting to stand. So when I research and found out that plantar fasciitis was what I had I started to look up exercises and stretches to do to help alleviate the pain. And they helped bring down the pain but not completely eliminate the pain. So I go through procedures icing my feet. And massaging my feet and doing those stretches. I have flat feet so I've always worn insoles for the arc support
