I am in constant pain every day. From the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed. My legs hurt, my shins, my ankles, my heels, my arches. I have bruises on my ankles from walking more on one part of my foot then the other. I have tried all sorts of "treatments". The only way to beat it without Dr's or prescriptions is going to HAVE to be constant work and effort. I find it hard to do this because of my crazy work schedule, so I stretch as often as I can find time now. I find myself messaging my feet at night after work and icing them about 2 times a week. It's rough, I wish there was an easier way to make my feel not hurt.
