    Orthotics, Massage, Rest, Stretching

I waited to long to see a doctor and I shouldn't have. After years I had surgery and that was a big mistake, and then a couple of years later another doctor said he could do stem cell injections and he was very sure that would work. Wrong! A chiropractor said I needed to stretch my calves and ice my feet. I stretch and massage my calves every morning before I get out of bed and it really does help. I don't ice but probably should, but the stretching has made a big difference in how my feet feel. I can not do very much walking on concrete, I have cattle I take care of so walking on the ground is better, but frozen rough ground does hurt. I rest my feet quite a bit.
