I've had chronic PF for 35 years. Best help: Good Feet orthotics, NOT custom physical therapy orthotics. New Balance pressure relief inserts; New Balance running shoes of the expensive variety. Finn Comfort shoes. Two plantar fascia release surgeries, bi-lateral worsened my situation. I stay away from hard floors; limit my steps; wear the right shoes; and sit instead of stand whenever possible. Standing is worse than walking.
