Ive had pain in both feet for 4 years now. Injections made them worse. Night splints helped temporarily. Vionic shoes almost cured but they were too chronic at that point. Compression socks did help relieve some. The rest was a waste of money. Opted for surgery which didn't help either. Good shoes (vionic) & night splints is my 2 best recommendations.
