    Orthotics, Ice, Night splint, Stretching

Tried night splints, ice, rest, stretching and orthotics. Nothing was helping until I completely stopped all possible strenuous activity for 2 months. Felt better, finally went for a short run, and back to pain. Very frustrating, will see a Dr soon:(
