It has gradually become worse over time, culminating in the realization I was NOT getting better. I was in total denial. I finally got serious two weeks ago about curing this, so I stopped running altogether, stopped all sports and plan to focus on yoga, stretching, icing, self-massage, taping and plan to get a night brace. I tried taping for the first time and nearly wept at the relief! I walked normally for the first time in nearly a year, maybe more. I will beat this, and run again!
