I don't know how I got this but I have tried almost everything and bought everything I can find without improvement. I am

finally getting improvement from a video from the Plantar Fasciitis Institute that I just got. It seems to be helping plus I am

using Kings electric stimulation boot and ice boot. I hope this helps because I have rested for months and it feels better

while resting but as soon as I put my sneakers on and walk the pain comes back. It's like walking on glass in my heel. I also

have a heel spur.
