Chiropractor, Taping, Brace, Night splint, Rest, Ice, Orthotics, Compression Socks,

I ice my foot over 4 times a day and use a wooden massager or tennis ball. I wear a brace on my foot at night and during the day while I'm at home. I flex my foot up and down while sitting on a chair or the couch. Very painful when getting up after sleeping or sitting. Can barely walk. Have used plantar fasciitis insoles, sport insoles, have been seen by a chiropractor. I've used biofreeze, and Vicks vapor rub. I've even soaked my foot in epsom salt and a foot bath massage. Getting worse.
