Have had many years of PF (since 2000). Have tried hundreds of dollars in supportive shoes, orthotics, inserts, etc. Overpronator. Have EDS in family. Surgery in 2014 for Hyprocure implant to correct overpronating and fascia release. Still have heel pain. Told it was scar tissue. Have had multiple cortisone shots to break up scar tissue. Ended up with post-tibial tendonitis. In physical therapy - again - to assist with PF and PTT. Just purchased - again - another pair of custom orthotics. I wish it would just go away once and for all. I also have this in my right foot but not to the excessive pain level as in my left.
