The pain in my left foot started back in November.
I work for a automotive supplier and I'm on my feet for 8+ hours a day. Part of my job requires me to climb a platform several times an hour. Not to mention I must wear safety boots.
My treatment began with wrapping and a injection. This only offered temporary relief, maybe two to three days.
After six weeks I started wearing insoles in all of my shoes. I even went as far as to buy a new pair of Red Wing work boots. Still no relief.
I'm now waiting on orthotics to see if this helps with the pain.
I've purchased a pair of insoles from align footware. They don't seem to be helping either.
The podiatrist has stated the next step would be physical therapy. If this doesn't work he'll recommend surgery.
I've thought about taking a supplement which weight trainers use that would have HGH. GNC carries several brands.
The last thing I want is to become dependent on pain killers.
I run about 10 miles a week and haven't been able to since late last summer.
If anyone can offer any assistance it would be greatly appreciated.
