It has altered my day to day life greatly ! I have not been able to go for walks for months now not even up and down my street without discomfort, we are Ballroom dancers and have not danced since I got this plantar fasciitis with bone spur in January ! We are now almost September and not much improvement after all those
treatments. I am currently doing physical therapy twice a week, I have better days and some bad days but still not cured ! I think at this point the bone spur is more of a problem.
