Plantar Fascitis flared up after ins tense walking on hilly terrain with improper foot ware. Unable to walk had a cortisone injection, made the pain manageable. Have tried rest, and yoga hitch can aggravate my Achilles' tendon. Tried calf strengthening excersize which eased the plantar fasciitis but cause tenderness on the side of the heel, feels bruised. Orthotics help when I'm walking or on my feet.
