First started in left a year both. I wear Fit-Flops or my orthotics all the time...I'm a hairdresser and when I'm on my feet a lot and then sit down for just a short time...getting up to walk is extremely painful...getting up in the morning is extremely painful.. should I go back to taping all the time... I'm going to have to get a night brace for my right foot too. It's getting so painful I feel like using a walker in the mornings just to get me going but I think that still wouldn't relieve the pain. Suggestions?
