I stayed home with foot propped up. At the end of the two months of misery, I had a
young lady come up to me while I stood outside the library stretching my foot by
dropping my heel off the curb, which usually gave me some relief. She suggested that
I go to my doctor and have him check my Vitamin D. I did and it was low. She said it
was a sign of Planters F., so Doctor gave me a prescription for 50,000 i.u. of Vitamin D
one pill a week for 12 weeks. Also same day I started the prescription, I went to PT and
the therapist gave me exercises and a deep tissue massage. This was on a Monday and
on Tuesday my pain was gone. Was the young lady God's angel or was it the PT?
