I don't know how I injured it the first time but it was several years ago and just started getting. A few months ago it started again and during that same time I had a stress fracture happen to a small bone in my arch area. I wore a walking boot for several weeks and then the chiropractor recommended orthotics. I wear them in most of my shoes. I have done stretches after both incidents and try to not walk around without shoes even in the house. I have found that I need some support there are all times. Ibuprofen or again ladvil are pretty effective fur the inflammation. Weight loss would help, I lost but have regained about 20 pounds and am trying again.
