developed because of 3 to 4 weeks of excessive time on my feet, cleaning, mopping and painting a 2400 sq foot room, wearing old unsupportive sneakers because of the mopping or painting. continued extra time on feet for another two weeks, and my feet were so sore and painful i could hardly walk!

got some otc scholls orthotics, which helped a little. i own a Medical Laser cold laser, and have lasered the area twice. Also have applied Rock Tape kinesio tape in the pattern suggested for plantar and that helps a great deal. also stretching and massaging.

discovered that for me mizuno wave riders make my feet feel the best. especially with the rock tape
