I really didn't have a injury to my foot.I am a cook so i am on my feet for long hours. My foot hurts in the arch a dull aching pain, that gets worse as i move my foot around, especially at night,I have to sleep on my back,I don't have no bone spurs. When I first started going to the doctor,I was getting cortisone shots in my foot ,for about a year.It helped, but I just got tired of the pain coming back every 3-6 months. What really helped me was learning how to tape my foot a good foot massage,a good pair of quality shoes, good quality inserts, and ole faithful frozen water bottle.rest and ibprophen for pain.my foot still hurts, but not as much as it use to.
