I really didn't have a injury to my foot.I am a cook so i am on my feet for long hours. My foot hurts in the arch a dull aching pain, that gets worse as i move my foot around, especially at night,I have to sleep on my back,I don't have no bone spurs. When I first started going to the doctor,I was getting cortisone shots in my foot ,for about a year.It helped, but I just got tired of the pain coming back every 3-6 months. What really helped me was learning how to tape my foot a good foot massage,a good pair of quality shoes, good quality inserts, and ole faithful frozen water and ibprophen for foot still hurts, but not as much as it use to.
