Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Orthotics, Stretching
Ice, Acupuncture, Night splint, Supportive Shoes
    Not Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Cortisone Injection, Taping

NSAIDs didn't work at all. Taping came off quickly -- couldn't stand the itching. Night splint didn't seem to help that much. Acupuncture helped. With icing, stretches, supportive shoes and orthotics, I can walk maybe 2 miles a day without much pain. But would like to be able to walk more without flareup.
