Terrible heel pain on left foot - severe plantar fasciitis, arch pain in right foot. Great relief wearing Naot shoes and have bought Naot insoles to put in my other shoes. I use a BodyRub foot massager that has greatly helped. The most relief I have gotten is from using Lemongrass and geranium essential oils on my feet at night. I plan on adding vanilla essential oil to help with better asorption. I use 2 drops of each oil along with a a carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil) at bedtime and put socks on for about 30 minutes (to keep oil off sheets and on my feet). I would say that I am not completely cured yet, but well on the way to that. I still wake up with a little pain, but am able to be on my feet all day now with very little pain.
