    Orthotics

Stretching seems to work the best. Orthotic inserts to shoes helps, but working 4 to 6 hours 5 times a week on concrete floors seems to be the culprit to most of my pain and problems. I am trying to find a different job so I am not on concrete the entire time, but have been unsuccessful. Also trying to loose some weight as I think this will help too.
