Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Cortisone Injection
Night splint, Taping, Stretching, Compression Socks

After many months of excoriating pain and trying different orthotics ( I won't name those that I tried, not fair to them, as it's not thier product's fault that my pain was not relieved) and many potions and lotions, I decided to get the cortisone injection. While I did not get immediate relief, as some have, over the weeks my foot feels better, site, but not excruciating. With the use of night splint, wearing supportive shoes all the time, and stretching I have not had to use additional nsaids. Everyone is different, try what works for you!
