Depends on my activities for the day, pain/tension moves around my heel. I'm a farmer, you name it we do it ourselves,,long hours, odd things, on my feet. Runners calf stretch does the most good. Massage , other stretches help. I absolutely hate ice,,locks the muscles up, but worst case helps a bit, heat feels better, releaves some tension all over. My chiropractors have not offered to adjust that body part, works my fulll spine, and has good advice. Orthotics, inserts very, depends on the shoe/boot.
