    Orthotics, Stretching

PF in left heel last year. Orthotics and stretching got me past it. Injury free for almost a year now. PF showed up last week in the right heel. Working on orthotics but I sometimes forget to stretch in bed and particularly before I get out of bed in the morning. The pain only lasts for a few minutes before the orthotics take over when I get up. After that I'm usually good for the rest of the day unless I'm off my feet for an extended time with no stretching before I get up again.
