Treatment Ratings

    Boot, Orthotics
    Almost Cured
    Strengthening Exercises
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Compression Socks
    Cortisone Injection

The shots made it worse!!! The pain was unbelievable! I was casted for 6 weeks and when cast was removed I was put in a boot for 6 more weeks with stretching excerises which really helped and then iced. Got casted for orthotics and new balance shoes that I wear with my orthotics. My feet still bother me occasionally but I make sure to do my stretching of the fasha and wear my orthotics always!
