The orthotics and new balance shoes with roll bar for work. Don't go barefoot. Wear crocks around the house. Night splint and NSAIDS helped some. When improved continue supportive shoes, orthotics, crocs. I always wear good supportive shoes with arch supports and the orthotics now that I feel like I'm cured. It was a long slow process.
