My issues began in both heels after mushroom hunting spring of 2014. I stared taking and selling a supplement called Visi & cleared up 1 foot, but couldn't kick the other. I have tried everything, and I finally found vionic orthoheel shoes. If I don't wear those I have some insoles from the chiropractor I slip into other shoes. Vionic Has made a tremendous difference in my life & they have some cute shoes (even flip flops). I also recommend tracing the abcs with your big toe. It's a great stretch!
