I've had plantar facsiitis once before, so this time I was on top of it within 2 weeks. Wear orthotics religiously, stretch several times a day & use a frozen golf ball that I roll my foot over at the end of the day. Wearing a splint at night. Getting a massage once a week & trying acupuncture for the first time. It's better, but not healing as fast as I'd like. Weight loss is next.
