Had both feet done my pain was the ball of my foot & the arch. I did shots, therapy, tried everything for over a year. The doctor did surgery a release My left foot is better. But my right foot still has pain. I ended up w/nerve damage. My lil toe & going down the side is burning, tingling, all the time. I wanted to cut off my right foot. This has been going on 5yrs.. I got a orthodoxies from Hangers which has lessened the pain some. I ended up w/arthritis in my feet. I have tried it all No one seems to be able to help. I don't work anymore my life sucks I do water exercise I did physical therapy for weeks it never improves I use to work 10hr 14hrs a day that's what stared this.. If someone is able to improve me I would do it..I have had a MRI &shave talked to surgeons & a Drs who specializes in plantar fasciitis they say can't do anything
