Treatment Ratings

    Orthotics, Ice, Massage
    Not Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Cortisone Injection, Rest, Taping, Stretching

I've done a lot of the treatments but what has helped the most are the orthotics from the foot doctor. They are rigid and supportive (not the flat kind). My heels have stopped throbbing and my feet don't wake me at night anymore. I cannot, however, go without them for more than a few hours or my feet starting hurting again. Also, cannot go barefooted for more than a few minutes. It's not as crippling as it was, but it's not cured! I am currently adding massage therapy. I don't know if it'll help with cure but it feels great!! Time will tell.
