I have tried stretching, ice and various exercises. I went to the chiropractor and had the graston tech which hurt so much but it did help quite a bit. When I first went to the Chiropractor I could barely walk. After having the ART and massage it did get a lot better. I have tried so many things but due to my job working 3 twelve hour days in a row on a hard floor is making my feet hurt so much. I have bone spurs and leg cramps and I am getting so discouraged. I think I may have to have cortisone shots or surgery next. This has been so painful. I used to do power walks but can't now and the weight is coming on which will probably make my feet worse!
