Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
Boot, Graston Technique, Rest, Platelet Rich Plasma Injection, Cortisone Injection, Ice, NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Compression Socks
    Not Improved
Orthotics, Night splint, Supportive Shoes, Stretching

Very bad plantar fascia, went thru numerous injections, night splint, prp injection, finally surgery, still recouping from that, wore a boot for 2 1/2 months, finally wearing a shoe cannot stand to wear anything with an arch, still aches a little, but not near the pain I used to have. I've dealt with this problem for going on 4 years, had it in both feet right one extremely worse!
