I broke my left ankle in 2 places. I had to shift most of my weight to my right foot, which gave me plantar Fasciitis. After 2 months of icing it every night before I go to bed, stretching exercises 3-4 times a day, orthotics and wearing a foot splint to bed it is finally feeling better.
