I did not have an n injury but rather my feet just started hurting. I have been to two podiatrist, physical therapy, cortisone shots, taping, compression socks, custom mm orthotics, ultra sound, massage and ice. I even wore a boot. Nothing got rid of the pain. My friend is a massage therapist and suggested I let her do medical medicupping on my feet. It did not cure or totally eliminate my pain but it is much better than it has ever been. I can say that stretching is very crucial. Stretch your feet several times a day even take a break and stretch while at work. Medicupping has helped a great deal.
