I tried PT, acupuncture, inserts, stretching. I was down for about 3 months, it got better and is now just the new normal. Morning after a run is awful but this is not going to keep me down. I stretch before and after calf mostly but leg all the way down. I think Yoga makes sense too as its flexibility and increasing your muscles. Wish me luck!
