I have used many different methods for my plantar fasciitis I've been to the foot doctor which has helped a little bit we have gotten new orthotic, I do stretch my foot every morning, i'm forever moving my flip back-and-forth in my sneaker, well it really annoys me I do I well it really annoys me I do ice it and it always feels better when I massage it in the spot where bothers me
