Ruptured planters fascia. Injections and orthotics didn't help with the pain. Referred to PT and the allowable insurance time was too short. Continued with cold laser and ultra sound with chiropractor to reach a tolerable pain level. Have been at a very tolerable and minor pain level for 3 years after using a tens unit for several months and am happy that with educational growth and continually implementing stretches, NSAIDs, rest, massage, and occasionally using the tens unit I can maintain a quality of life that I can enjoy.
